Cheat code umlure is not working. Anyone knows why?

You have to choose Load Game and then click on the first Save, there you can enter the code.

Does anybody know where to get the software for the fake phone ?

The rope is under the bench outside the storage room in school. So go to the School sports grounds, then under the bench where there's a newspaper there's the rope. Then go to Priscilla's house and click between the two houses on the left.
