I gave up on it last year (alongside $20 sub tier), clearly the dev is milking it's supporters (he approximately has 3k supporters, sufficient to quit a job) then making obtuse excuses for not bringing the promised content to the table... Iirc, Mary's mega update was first scheduled for October/November last year...
Just today morning I saw ppl freakin out for new update and now complaining about the game bugs and asking hints already.slow down a little.
Iirc, TT first started out as incest route game with MC referring to Mary as mom, but dev scrapped the plans once NTR was introduced.

Dude it's already said u no need to worry about NTR.cause in the option itself they will indicate of it will lead to NTR .so don't worry.

Out of interest for all, when I write the scripts for the updates. I focus solely on one character's content (Maybe in some special cases like Priscilla/Becca some crossover happens) but I envision solely focusing on giving that character lot's of fat content.
We started out focusing on just one character at a time first, such as with Sara and Gerda's updates, but Uber the last few updates has since changed things to focusing on multiple scripts/characters at once as he finds this personally more enjoyable to do.
Which system do you all prefer?
