I had an accident a few weeks ago and had to spend a bit of time in hospital.
Basically a drunk driver plowed his car into my side of the car and broke a lot of bones in the left hand side of my body. I said ouch.

Combat: Not many games are real games unless they have this, and even then they can be visual novels in disguise (they're in my walls)
3D Game: At the very least, 3D games tend to have some level of interaction with them.
Turn-based combat: Turn based combat is generally half-assed and while they in theory can be very deep, often aren't.
Anyways, I never search by things like "Incest", "MILF", ect because it's the porn equivalent of searching shooter games by those that have revolvers or AK-47s. It is (ironically for me) quite restricting to search by those, as those fetishes existing have nothing to do with how they are executed (or as many hate, how much there is of it).
