in front of the hotel there is a table with some colored bottles there you can craft blueprints but when i remember you can only start after a quest you do

its chinese kek, sorry but the kanjis are different japanese and chinese, some are very similar and tend to play mindgames on people but this is chinese xD

japanese kanji are pure chinese characters, they may appear slightly different because we mostly see "simplified chinese" nowadays instead of "traditional chinese"

Cause people just begs for games to get wrongly tagged, and uploaders have to comply.

you need to press all the button puzzle down untill one left.. the one left must be infront of the lock gate, then you just step foward, the gate will open..

I am not debating on if it is Japanese kanji or simplified Chinese hanzi.
All I know, is when I did the translation to English, it was simplified Chinese
If it was Japanese kanji, then all I can say is: google translate + deepl + yandex has some +100 level wizards working sorcery for them to detect it as simplified Chinese.

so,i know a lot of people already are far from that point,but i cant go to the ballon again without knowing,the old lady from the second village(the one with the milk related quest)ran away after i gave her the mission itens,there is something to do on her route yet,or am i just missing wherever the place she gone to?
Go to the mage who wanted milk house's at night and use the dragon vision in her house, this will reveal a secret trapdoor
