Well nothing if you play the game, but with the unpack version you can install the MTL avalaible in the OP and play the untranslated content (mostly).
For the third (or something like that) sidequest with the guild lady, the pig wants desire stone ore, rubies and sapphires plus a fourth item. The item looks like some kind of eyeball in the sprite, where can i find this?

Btw is it me doing something wrong but when i accept the quest from the guy that is obsessed with that sexy elder milk lady.
I proceed to do the following first:
1-I help to get rid the insects in the yard
2- I talk with the elder lady when she ask you for 5 empty bottles
3- I talk once again to the girl that asked me to get rid of the insects to tell her that i did it.
3- Talk once again with the elder busty lady for milk, she ask for 5 wood? ´´i forgot idk´´
4- I gave the wood and she said this isn't enough and that she will do it herself at the forest
from that point i tried to look over her in all the forest areas and couldn't found her.
so a TL,DR question ¿Its there an scene with her squeezing her milk for you? or any kind of sex scene with her?

those are crocodile eyes and you cannot get them until you open an area west of Kirist farm. That area will open after you spoke with the demon and injected poison into some kind of an egg, Kirist will go into labor and send you to talk to Chinese restaurant owner, which will give you the quest for the boar/pig tribe located to the west of Kirist farm.
oh and btw that part is not translated so good luck understanding what's going on even with MTL

At night, go to the white haired mage who gave you the quest
Once in her house use the Dragon Vision (E), it will open a secret door, go inside
i extracted the ww folder into the game directory but its not working im in chapter two and lot of the npc are still in japanese
