Get the unpacked version of TOD, and replace the file "www/languages/English.json" by the one in the attachement (the attached file is a compressed file, use 7-zip to uncompress it)

You need to do other quest but you will have to come back there later, also you can find a special costume for the mayoress in the house using a code, it shows a new scene
