I really don't understand how people can get so lost in such linear games, must be from modern games constantly feeling the need to hold the players hand...
You missed something in the Elven city, it's in plain view, not hidden, just look for what wasn't there before.

Alright? If by "elven city" you mean Giant Forest, as I don't know what else it could be, then I am there. I've looked for "what wasn't there before" but please be more specific. I understand that the game is linear, but I've had many bugs where I've had to reset multiple times by means of fresh download, due to the script not allowing me to progress (mostly after killing bosses, the boss will remain alive, and I can kill them over and over to farm XP but I cant progress the story due to them not actually ever dying) and I am trying to make sure it didn't happen again, though not with a boss kill, but with just linear progression.
To get back to it, everything that was in the Giant Forest, is still in the Giant Forest.
I've just spoken with every NPC and interacted with any and everything that I've seen.
so, fun fact all. lol, I made a copy of my own save, deleted the original, then replaced with a copy, and now the missing character is there. Lol, fantastic. 10/10.
The English translation stops a bit after the Grand Forest "arc". Official at least. Symphony made a fan machine-translation of the quest journal to help people have a better track of where they're going even if they don't know how to read Mandarin. It's a few pages back, don't remember where tho.
Can someone help me? Im supposed to find the mayor and i just paid the smugler 1000 gold, but i cant enter the tunnels from her house and now im kinda lost

What do you mean you can't enter ? Have you tried interacting with the door inside the smuggler's house ? Properly interact, as if it was an item instead of just trying to walk into it ? If that doesn't work, Idk :X.
Do you have a quest right now ? If so, download Symphony's MTL and it'll help you alot. Either way, I believe you need to go back into the mine, and talk to Polina, afterwards I don't remember. Maybe go back to Kirist's Mansion, and then go to Raider / Goblin Pass ? Haven't played in a while, so that's what I'm assuming.

where can I find her?
also how do I get to the Hidden Mountain?

You find her at night inside the Alchemist's house. The one that told you to talk to her. You'll need a lockpick + Dragon Eyes. I recommend saving since there's a chance of a scene there, but in seeing it you'll lock yourself of further interactions with her.
Hey, all. I'm still "newish" - I tend to not say much unless I can really add something. Which brings me to -
There's a RPG Save Editor I grabbed from here a while back (RpgMakerSaveEdit) and I decided to fiddle around with it because I'm stuck on that dumb pepper quest and I can't figure out how to trigger it - I'm betting it's a save issue but who knows! Problem is, the list is in the original language, so I had to mark them individually to figure out what they were. Sooo, if you use the save editor, here's a handy list of what the items are!
I wanted to separate them by Key, Event, and Consumeable items, but since I haven't gotten all that far (just about to take the air balloon) and there isn't a proper walkthrough, I can't organize them. Hope this helps somebody!

You have no reason to feel dumb for that, trust me. It took me around 40 mins to first find it, and I remember screwing up my choice and not saving, locking my interactions with her, all for the sake of a rather underwhelming scene LOL. If anything I'm the dumb one.
Also hidden mountain area ? I'm confused, isn't Hidden Mountain where you first begin the game ? You get an introduction to Renia and Nitt's daughter iirc.
