I feel really dumb asking this, but I couldn't figure it out myself or find anything in the forum. How do you actually open the Mission Log? I can pull up the tool wheel but nothing happens when I select the Mission Log...

If you're talking about the quest tracker it's in important items. There's also a scroll wheel you can use to access it
