I'm guessing you're talking about another game developer when you say "Torch studios", and that said developer is giving the final product of their game to those that pay over $25 ?
Anyway, I'm a patreon of ToD0, highest tier atm and I haven't recieved any "full games" since this is still in development.

I quickly searched for that developer, and I'm guessing you meant this ? " If your total pledge more than price( $25) will get you the Steam key once the game is released. "
Anyway, as I've said before, no complete game gifting as the game isn't nowhere near complete yet.
