Even if u save the Grandma elf at the mountain from the werewolf, the text says that she still was violated and is maybe preg.
The redhead later doesn't even give you an option, so I guess they dropped the idea to let you choose to watch over and let the pseudo heroines be violated, or save them.
routes are planned just not implemented yet
And the red head isnt even planned as a romance option
the only inevitable """"ntr"""" is with the geisha
the elf queen, milk elf and the old elf are all avoidable and even then at this point in the game none are in a relationship with the MC
+ all romances are optional, you will be able to romance all of em or none at all

Fixed this for someone with similar problem. Check this : LINK
Problem was related to plugin for augmentation of armor and weapons and the translation plugins used. In other words, the game has plugin bugs/incompatibility

Only thing I can think of, is to use a clean copy of the game to rule out any corruption.
Therefore, you should redownload the unpacked version 0.6 and reapply the fix, making sure the fix ask to "replace the files" and click "replace the files in the destination". (this is on Windows 10)
I tried to use it and it still crashed
I re-downloaded version 0.6 and it's the same
The 0.6 version of "www" I downloaded does not have a "js" folder to cover
What should I do?

It is because I said to use the fix only with the UNPACKED VERSION.
The packed version doesn't have the js folder because it is packed with it DRM. Therefore it will never work.
Download the unpacked version and use the fix, should work. If not, then pm me not to spam here and send your save.
I will force it to load and save. But the fix should work.

To answer your question: You cannot use the packed version. You have to use the unpacked version. I linked it in the last replies I sent you. If you cant find it, go to the homepage or OP or first page of the thread and download it, then apply the fix. Your save loaded fine with the unpacked version of the game and the fix. Here is a screenshot of your save loaded fine in v0.6:
