Kinda, this is the prologue (Chpater0)
the dev said that if his games sells well, he will continue up to Chapter 4? Keep in mind this is very early stuff so take it with a grain of salt
The main story of chapter 0 is done as of 0.75, the next updates will finish some WIP stuff and add side content

0.75 is almost the same to 0.7 except about ending the game, no new scenes and it's also in chinese most of the dialogues

The game has been like that for a long time, 0.75 has the english translation until a certain point but not full
