She gave birth too many times of course her body will change. you cannot expect someone who gave birth too many babies in a short amount of time to still have a slender body, thats not how it works especially they force her to have sex multiple times even in labor they still fuck her so her body will stressed out. Can't you see her Nipples turn Darker? they even make her nipples hole big because her babies nipple fuck her. and of course her face will change She stressed out because the demons use her as a baby maker she's exhausted.
