Go to The Queens throne on the corner go either left or right you will see the Mage Ogre behind the cell. If you look down the floor there's a path you need to step in order to open the Cell Gate then defeat the mages. the tentacles will disappear after you defeated those mages

There are mages behind a cell where is the Magre Ogre, you must kill them .
If you already did the quest to enter the pig men cave, and you did the quest that makes you able to craft a pickaxe that mines desire stones, you'll need to go in the cave and mine all the desire stones, which will make a weird sperm tentacle kinda thing spawn in the cum(?) pool, which you will investigate and report back to Kilist
From what I understand Asa/Bone has it planned as a multiple entry series, with the fall release just being the official release for "part 1", with the bulk of it being done, and the remaining updates being the finishing touches.
I know that the game is supposed to come in chapters, but this chapter in specific still has a bit of content to finish. The Witch hig is getting a rework and her scenes are unfinished still, Renia-Luda-Mikiko-Banal-The granny from the second village are still lacking the relationship quest like the ones Nitt has. Mei has some scenes left by looking at the wips that asa has published in discord. And of course the full english translation, unless asa goes in overdrive or he has already advance a lot with this, i don´t see this coming in October. That and I can't find the game in dlsite anymore.
Just for you to know, the MC isn't the only male character and most of the time in the story he doesn't get any action so keep in mind that but the art is top tier. Also the tails aren't dicks they are like a representation of the desire/lust they have and that's why the name of the game. Lastly the game has only Milfs or gmilfs, especially gmilfs in the last half of the game
