No it start SteamVR because the engine is Unreal Engine and i dont know why but if you use the unreal engine and they did not disabled the VR function at porting this game then it will starts always with the VR program

Make a shortcut from the .exe and right-click > properties > at the end of the "Target" field add " -nohmd" after .exe

Would love to play it, but for some reason, I can't get more than 10 FPS.
