EDIT: Here's the patch. Dev added way too much annoying non-incest backstory that I had to overwrite. It's better to just leave it ambiguous, especially since he fucked up and just ended up having the MC call her Mom the vast majority of the game anyway.

So far, for what I have already planned in my mind about the game, I think there is nothing involving ntr, swinging or even lesbian content. BUT, those genre are not really something I'm against, so who knows, maybe in the far future they could be added.

So it's not confirmed that there won't be NTR or swinging? I wouldn't want to play and then have them add this content in the future, even if it's optional.
