piece of content if it got a full release; is it on the main download/deleted section at the front here, or on their kemono party page, and if its on kemono, which link specifically? google translate only helps so much and it rarely gets the translation into a legible form

Mostly on Kemono.
The name, to type in the search bar, is the same.
Luckily, the thumbnails can tell you what content/post is it. Otherwise, just check one by one post each.
I would check one by one, but only about 5 or so posts have thumbnails, all of them aren't what i was looking for, and the rest have none. google translate ends up translating what text there is, but doesn't say if its that ran yakumo video im looking for, and a good chunk of the attachments are up to GB amounts of data, and I'd really rather not download ALL of them one by one, just to find out which is the post im looking for, or even if its on there at all. I even tried looking at their fantia page through google translate hoping for better results, and even a majority of those posts dont have thumbnails, nor do they hint at ran herself (at least what google translates them into)

The are other translator engine out there, like deepl and others. Google is not very good.
I guess you could check the date when it was posted and try to check the first 2/3 matching results.
