Taka84 provide the filenames list, it is easy to guess the correct filenames.

quite funny that i still encountered this issue with window in jp locale available, the folder outside with jp text is still fine tho, is there anyway to recover these names?

In winrar, tap Ctrl-E and select Japanese from the popup menu. Then extract the files.
