This game was designed by an idiot developer that does not know how deck building card games are played! You draw more cards after each turn to keep your deck the same amount of cards not fucking reduce the amount of cards each turn! If Magic the Gathering, Pokemon, and other card games had such a system they would of FAILED! Totally retarded ruining what could of been a good game otherwise! Also from all the reading here the game loses all semblence of any balance later in the game because of this idiotic decision developer had to make overpowered cards that will defeat everything.. damn stupid!
As a card game this has 1/5 it is poorly designed and this is one game that needed to go back to the drawing board and be remade!
I think that rather than just "have no idea how card games works", it's closer to "mechanic made differently on purpose, in order to be unique". I have no problem with discard mechanic of that game, or rather i only welcome if it's different from something that we already know. Just because it's a cardgame, it doesn't need to be MTG, especially when enemies doesn't use cards.
Current mechanic is kinda like "fatigue", the more you fight - the less cards left. So if your deck isn't strong enough, you fatigue yourself into straight zero, and can't continue. You build deck around that.
What i actually hate is the "rest" mechanic. "Letting her rest more" will restore life (which shouldn't be a point, since if you aren't on full life means that your deck sucks, and you probably lose anyway), but take away your halo auras (aka your main battle mechanic), and shield (which as i said before "stacking it is absurdly OP"). At this point, i never ever used the "long rest", since it's directly harmful, not even mentioning that it would restore only couple of discarded cards, instead of all. I don't even know what Una says if i choose it
P.S. The first thing that developer need to fix is "armor should be automatically discarded at the end of the fight", or else what's even a point of differentiate between armor and health? Until that is done, any attempt to fix the balance would immediately fail.
