He's asking specifically about your house, and no currently there is not a way. You need to have your family members no only be unsuspicious of your actions, but be loyal. His mother and sister's personalities don't really change, other than being attracted to you. But if you don't make your sister loyal, she will eventually go into your room without your permission, find your stash of serum and supplies, then report you like a good little citizen, family or not.

As far as I recall the dates are only available in the Ally/Love route
