From what I'm aware of, since I've never chosen it, once you develop a serum that can control men, there is a character that you can similarly corrupt and have sex with. I've given him the serum to gain control of him, but never chosen sexual options with him.
Correct. When you progress the story along. You 1st develop the drug. Then 2nd you are blackmailed into providing drug to someone. 3rd you are recruited by them to overthrow the local government. Some of the required steps require getting to know the younger sister of the Agent blackmailing you. This is where the player has the choice on going along with the overthrow plan or betraying everyone and trying to drug them all. Parallel to this is the young man who provides food and drinks to the team doing the overthrowing, you have multiple choices on how to control him (if you choose option to drug everyone). You can drug him too. And if you pursue relationship with the younger sister of the Agent blackmailing you, you can at some point, choose to drug the young man to either watch you sleep with the girl, let him sleep with the girl, or threesome with him and the girl, and/or have gay interactions with him etc.
If you are referring to the female officer at the Checkpoint. I believe there are some random scenes if you corrupt the city enough. You go downtown I think, I see the police officer accepting bribes and eventually doing things with random people.
