Because it was not DEV. When people started posting the links before the 2 weeks that the DEV ask us to wait he stopped posting the new update here. He was posting again after people stopped but now I dont know... The official public release is only next week and that will come with the patch, if he is going to update the links here I cant know that.

edit: for those who liked, i am not the one whop does the mod.
i only looked at recent patterns considering release date, and patch release.
so no confermation from me, that it is the date, just a estimation.
