you can freely add or remove the patch as you want. nothing will break.
however, the patch not only adds scenes (which you can't see without the patch). it also modifies a few scenes. so without the patch you would see the non patch variant of a scene. and won't notice nor realize that you need to replay that scene at some point with the patch.
Where is Hima patch for part 2? I need Yuina scene~~~

Funny, because in Naruto, the genin were around 12-13 years old. How is that OK in this game, but not Hima and the rest is beyond meHmhhhshe's young bro

you can sent viruses through just about anything, so the site download link dosen't rly matter as much as people think it does, you can sent malware through "trusted" share sites just as easyly as you can through shady ones, what actually matter is the place from where you get the link, funny enf ussually the most safeest places are pirate sites, why? because people don't like to "shit" where they eat
they usually avoid posioning the well in places where they also spent there time (ofc this is not fool proof, BUT on average is funny enf true)
To be fair the site has been battling one really annoying script kiddie, so it isn't unheard of. But it's on him if he doesn't take reasonable precautions.

Does this game has a different walkthrough format?? The one from OP's link suck; it being a map like format with all the font color changes and just overall sucks at actually telling you what to do like, you know, a walkthrough does.

Don't use that one, it is aweful.
At the top right there is a button that says "Stats Events". click on it.
At the top left will be a button that says "characters stats". click on it.
this lists all waifus, sorted by their current stats.
click on each waifu and see her current relationship, love points, and lust points. if any of those is not maxed then grind it out with that girl.
then go to the next girl. if the girl you clicked on is maxed, hit return and click the next girl.
keep doing so until all girls have maxed relationship, love, and lust. Scenes will unlock as those increase.
Most scenes require only relationship stat.
Some scenes are gated behind other girls having unlocked certain scenes.
Also, you can click on events and gallery on each of the girls. Seen events are green, unseen are red and should say what you need for them. Some requires other stats like you having certain amount of chakra, for example.
it is a bit clunky but it works.
