Sakura and "Landlady" progress was very nice.. I would like some more of them in the near future.
I would like to point that event system does stray a bit from the walkthrough. It would be nice to have a cleaner way of checking the requirements for an event to trigger as well of a list of every event not just the main ones.

Downloaded the compressed version and I've noted that certain scenes just give black screens.
