How comfortable are you with editing Ren'Py rpy files? I'm not sure how forward compatible this will be as the patch was removed but the old code still exist in the game. I guess you could ask over on their Discord. This edit will need to be done on every version going forward unless the dev decides to make this configurable in preferences.

Use notepad++ or other text editor
game\script.rpy

There should be 2 entries of himawaripatch = True
Change them to himawaripatch = False
Save changes to script.rpy then run the game.

What do these 2 entries do?
label after_load: - $ himawaripatch = True makes sure Himawari content is enabled when loading a save so changing it to False will disable it.

label variables: - default himawaripatch = True sets up the default value for Himawari content so changing it to False will disable it when starting a New Game.

Did you cheat relationship points? Not sure how Tenten can be a virgin with max stats

Going down the rabbit hole your Chakra is bellow 80... Train with Sakura at night.
That should set some events in motion.

Build up your chakra, that's the most common soft block.

Get Chakra above 320 as that is the highest requirement in daycycle.rpy
