it was one of the best game i ever played, please keep support this dev,, 
why this game is so high rated? Was it made by a 10 year old? The first scene and there is already a stranger who gropes the girl mc and wants to stick a finger in her ass out of nowhere in front of her husband and she is ok with this. What a nonsense

She isn't okay with this. Not at first. The first time being approached by a drunk guy at the bar at the beginning she quite literally says "What a nasty guy" and denies his advances.
If you are talking about the beach scene. The husband is the one that tells the hotel staff to massage his wife after SHE asks her husband to massage her first. Which is the whole reason for the entire premise of the story. The husband is a loser who neglects his wife both intimately and sexually. And then she uses the novel she is writing as a way to justify continuing when the sexual advances happen from others. She's naive, but only because its a way to obfuscate that shes allowing it to happen.

That's one big problem I have with "Whore Of Babylon" type of games who position themselves as the ones with choices - cool, the chick will cheat, but let me at least have a choice who will be a lucky fella. Eh, more choices would be nice, but the development going as slow as it does, really the only choices you would end up with are content or skip content and that's it for this version. Also iirc the game/dev never claimed to be "the one with choices"

I guess that's a problem with patreon. If you promise regular updates and get money because of that promise you're risking losing more and more patrons by pushing updates back again and again even if they're not finished. You're pretty much stuck then I'd say.

The biggest FemProtag hits in here have these kind of choices, though. Look at AWAM where one path may lock out another one. Or JOHN, where you can avoid any dude you want.
That's the problem IMO.
One thing when Rape or something like it gets the plot going or builds the character, antagonist etc. But when characters in the story don't change at all and are just the way they are right away - then what's the point of your story and the journey they go through?
You could use an argument "oh, story in nsfw games", but if you don't need any story and build-up, why would you play a game and not fap to cartoonish porn/your generic stuff at PH, right?

And I totally get where you're coming from with more choices. I really do.
But you can't honestly compare a pretty new game from an unexperienced hobby dev with a game like AWAM which heavily focuses on story development and multiple paths (also it's in renpy which I'd say is a better engine for a lot of choices anyway)
And there's still a story there, sure it's neither Ulysses nor as fleshed out or central as in AWAM, but there's something there. If it's not enough for you, that's ok. You've made your point clear enough and this game might not be for you then.
But who knows, maybe if you check back in a few years there might be more for you

The illusion of choice is there because thats what it is for the character. An illusion. Everyone knows its going to happen. The idea is not if, but when and how.
Secondly the plot builds up to more and more explicit levels with varying risks. Thats what people enjoy with corruption stories. The elevation of the plot over time as they break down from their own personal experiences. Thats quite literally a plot device in every corruption story whether its an NTR wife, or a guy banging 14 girls in a harem. Like I even expressed before, the story that you and the previous person suggests isn't even what happened. The wife doesn't start as a ho right away. But it happens over many scenes.
Lastly its cool you want a pick your own adventure where every choice matters. the reality is the scope of such a game like that is insanely larger than a game with illusions of choice. Plotting out a game like that would take a long time even in the scripting stage for the story alone. Let alone drafting, drawing/rendering, and completing the scenes for each which exponentially explode with choice based games. Different dialogues, plot trees, etc etc etc. All the people saying "why do my choices not matter!!" in games like this just wholly downplay the amount of effort that explicit kind of game takes. We have entire games that fit that mold on f95 that have been updating for YEARS and still aren't close to completion. Its easier to just tell a story straight out. Even the game you mention before, A Wife and Mother, has been going on since 2017.
These kinds of complaints just feel like nitpicks. And it feels more like its the typical "I hate NTR so I'm gonna play an NTR game and then try and covertly bash it without saying it". Just alone with the complaint "Who are these people who get off to 35 dudes fucking one girl and her being a complete cumdump?" shows exactly what you don't like about the game. And thats fine. Thats why we have the genre tags.
