Well if the last game of his is any indication he will not give you penalties for "fuck everything" and if things are touchy (like the Bella and Rachel balanced dialogue to get them OK with sharing) it is usually in the guides. But this is just my impression.

I get an error in Episode 9. I have updated WT and patch installed. Not sure if its detrimental or what the origin of the error is

I added it. I didn't add it correctly but its mixed in with the spoiler text lol, I don't do this often so yeah

To be honest I think Celine is the most boring character of all. In all perspectives: Look, Story and character. I even caught myself skipping her last sex scene after the dinner date, because I noticed, it just bored me.

Don't worry about being having a large number of penile conquests, the game will support polyamorous relationships (and a harem later on). I like to play my VNs as a total manwhore myself, so I'm certainly not going to punish players for wanting to get their fingers in every pie in an erotic game.
Not yet, but there will be. Sisterly Lust (my previous game) had watersports and I plan on including it here in the same way as I did in that game.
The brief encounter you had with her in this episode will be continued in Episode 10. I have to focus on a couple of characters each episode, otherwise I wouldn't be able to release anything in a reasonable amount of time.
