Review for V0.12b Extra

I was pretty on the line in regards to giving this 4 or 5 starts. There are a lot of things to like in this game, but at the same time I think there is still room for improvement.

You play as young, care-free and troublemaking MC about to undertake a training mission in the naval academy. Things go awry and suddenly you and a group of your academy friends become a ragtag crew of deserters on a mission to get back something lost, and as always, there are bigger things at play as the plot moves forward.

The MC's dialogue reflects his personality, but this is a rare case where it isn't obnoxious or dreadful to read. He's a young dude, but perving on every woman he sees isn't his sole personality trait, as with some other VNs. There really isn't any of it, which I appreciate a ton. It's always nice having an MC who isn't a chore to play as.

The characters in general are all pretty good, but some get more developed than others. None of them are the most complex I've seen, but they aren't even close to barebones either. While there is plot with the porn, I wouldn't call this a slow burn. For some that's a good thing, for others it isn't. I lean more on the side of slow burn, but there was still enough to keep me feeling satisfied as I played.

The renders start off at what I would consider pretty decent, but they do steadily get better as the game goes on. Same thing with animations. A lot of them felt a bit stiff, but again improve as the game goes on. I still wouldn't call either amazing, so that's an area I think could still get a lot better. Some of the character models were hit or miss for me, but that's probably to be expected. I did like a majority of them.

As for the overall writing, I enjoyed the story enough to keep going to the end and still wanted to see more. There are some really fun parts of the game that I don't want to spoil. I also enjoyed all the interludes between big events with the crew, and the sort of free roam style parts on certain locations.

However, I also found some things a bit lacking. Some of the twists were interesting, but I also felt some were kind of dumb. Parts of the game feel a bit rushed, and some characters I thought were going to be more important get almost forgotten about. The last few episodes especially had some stupid choices that I felt were only saved by plot armor. There is a lot of illusion of choice situations, were the only thing really being altered by your choices is whether you see a scene or not. Some of them felt like they really should have had a bigger impact on the game based on what you choose, but you're very quickly put back onto the same track no matter the choice without much change to the plot.

One thing I really do want to praise this game for is that it's not afraid to use aliens and have sex scenes with them. Most of my favorite scenes in the game involve alien one-offs you meet as you go. My only complaint would be that I want more of them, especially the more exotic ones.

TLDR - Though I do have some criticisms, this is still a very solid sci-fi AVN. Definitely worth a play if it caught your interest, especially if you're a bigger fan of sci-fi like myself. While I gave this a 4 star, I think the next part of the game can easily be a 5 if the right things are improved.

I wanted to love this game because of the previous game of this developer, but this is a miss IMO.

The models and environments are fine, the sex scenes are good. the characters and their personalities are alright too.
the problem is the story and logic of this game.

The Issue of exposition.
the idea of the story on its own is pretty good but the execution is choppy at best. we are thrown in the middle of this universe and have to go through hours of exposition just to become familiar with the world we're playing in. too much exposition isn't good anywhere, especially in a porn game!!!

Contradictions.
A lot of times in this game things made no sense whatsoever. They just say things and do things that contradict their goals, relationships, and lore. it's really annoying cuz I always notice these things.

Overall this game isn't for me, I just wish if the developer wanted to do an extraordinary sci-fi story, at least put enough effort and care into the lore and logic of it.

This game is the peak of porn games. The character development, the story, the very well paced relationships. All of them are done exquisitely. Also, incest here is done better than any game out there.

Played up to v0.15, really good game that's worth giving a try, most people will have a good time with it. It has gotten a lot better towards this last past releases.

Good stuff: The cast and content, really good character design with beautiful LIs, great dialogues and character development. Build up its quite great and sex scenes are well written. We have quite a lot of content here which imo is perfectly divided between main LIs and side characters, with main LI having mostly vanilla content and leaving most optional kinks to side characters, this is a huge plus. Also worth mentioning, background renders looks good and unique, this also is a big plus for people like me that has played a lot of games and are tired of seeing the same old background renders everywhere.

Not so good stuff: The story, its not bad at all but it jumps around a lot on quality terms. Its one of those action packed snowball kinda story that starts small and gets bigger with no pause, this makes some events feel kinda unnecessary but i wont judge until is finished because they could be actually impactful on the end.

I didn't find any bad stuff, probably due to my particular taste but i admit that if you're not into incest you will miss a ton of content and limit yourself to a couple main LIs and side characters which have a decent amount of content but are not the core of the game.

TL;DR: I would rate this one a 8/10, visuals, cast and amount of content are the strong points . Story jumps around a lot, having ups and downs but overall if the game keeps up and make some past decisions impactful i would bump rate to a 9/10.

honestly, the creator of the game went into some strange themes. The previous game was great and it seemed that the same guy can't go wrong, it turned out he can. The game has almost no anal, only sex with aliens, including alien futas sometimes, aliens that look like manly women and the like (all of these are minuses in general). Too much trying to pseudo-diversity.
The plot is almost good(it was at first), but that's not the main criteria, with such not the best sex scenes.
Catch myself thinking that it's already the 12th update, just hope something happens, but if you value your time, it's a failure.

In the vacuum of dark space this game for sure packs a lot of light and noise. Never a dull moment running from one end of a galaxy to another.
The mix between lewd and regular progressing story line are in balance. Making it fun to read and play no matter your current mood.
The characters have a lifelike feel to them and aren't over the top.

This game goes easly in my top 10 of the VN games for sure. This devs scored again after the gem is Sisterly Lust...this game is even more beautiful because of the great sci fi story and the amount of beautiful girls and sex scenes. i can't wait for the final release to know how the story ends. this game deserve 5 stars without any doubt. Great Storytelling! Perverteer has taken Sisterly Lust and has continued its success with a bunch of interesting characters. I suggest the Extra Scenes Edition if you can afford the extra money.

The story is more engaging than that of the average game, the options you have actually feel different, leading to different consequences and different character development, and the lewd scenes are well done, with imaginative poses, good angles, good rendering quality and decent animations. I feel like, even though the game is not finished yet, there's a good balance between amount of content and waiting time between update releases, which makes me absolutely trust that the developers have a good plan for finishing the game.

Characters: 4.5 to 5 stars here. I feel some don't stand out very much - Vess for example feels quite background and overlooked. Most get a good limelight share though, Thyia for example has a lot of focus before completely fading back for a while. I feel some things are also a little underdeveoped, I think a couple more of the interim go around the ship and check on people could have happened in a few places, to help move peoples stories along. All that said, there's plenty of game ahead, so anyone who's been sailed past a little, we've still got time to address them.

There is a few cliches with them, I'm noticing a lot of this games have 2 sisters, a younger more innocent and agfreeable sister, with an older one who is sportier and more badass - with both being younger than the MC. That said, this is another situation in a running theme when I review things, where cliches are only really an issue if that's all they are. But, I really do believe that a cliche well executed, that actually possess substance on it, is not a problem. As it stands, Vess is really the only one completely without Substance. Ziv lacked a little, but like I said before - there's still plenty of the project to go, and the last couple of chapters have added some progress for her.

Renders: Pretty good, not the absolute best, but they are high quality, and some decent animations as well. The liquids here are also better done than many 3d renders too.

Story & Writing: Like I've said in the characters, I feel there could be some expansion in some places in the story. Pacing is good overall, the are a couple of bits where it feels like charcter moments are missed as the story progresses past them. the actual overall story is a series of wacky hijinks, that however random the situations are, do believably bring the characters together. Hatchets are buried over time, and bonds are built up at a reasonable pace for the most part.

The Sex: Pretty damn good. My only real criticism is some of the scenes beteween characters can feel a little samey - but that's actually becaused those scenes are quited varied. That's a bit of an oxymoron - what I'm saying here, is most games break up particular sex acts into discrete scenes. Scene A will be oral, Scene B penetration,

Mechanics and Gameplay: Not overly much to comment on here - this is more a true visual novel, than the sandbox fanfares I usually play. Everything is servicable, cohesive, and it's generally fairly clear which options to take in order to progress a character, or not if that character doesn't appeal. Some characters are less obvious, to the games credit, and it makes sense for them to be that way. I wouldn't call the game shallow, that implies a lack of depth that would be desired. There is an arguable lack of depth gameplay wise, but it's a visual novel - that's entirely by design in the format, and it works. There's other games with more depth to offer those experiences, this is a visual novel. You just go along with the ride - and it's a good ride.

Closing Notes & Thoughts: Had a blast playing through this, definitely going through their first game which I've had downloaded for a while, but unplayed. Mixed feelings on somebits, but the ultimate takeaway is highly positive. An easy recommend, on my watch list, and I know I will be playing this from the start again at least once before the end of the second act. Some of those reservations tilt me towards 4 stars, but the amount of content, how much this entertained me, and everything else positive i've mentioned - gotta be a 5 star rating.

The main story is a bit of an oddball assortment of tropes which should have world building more clearly established and focused less on surprise twists. Besides that, the character dialogue does flow well in key situations, the characters generally do progress with the story, the visuals are excellent, and the game should appeal to most people. It is certainly something worth giving a try.

It's hard to find sci-fi games on this site. It's even harder to find good ones.

This one is borderline perfect. There's one chapter that serves...not much. Other than that this is an amazing game.

Perverteer never disappoints. Really great vn with my favorite genre. Loved the li's in sisterly lust and one's in here are even more gorgeous. Renders though got significantly improved and animations doing justice to it. Story is intriguing and i love one such character where you have sweet with pinch of sour kind of relationship and the experience gets wholesome. Updates are regular too. 5/5

It took me a long while to realize this game came from the same devs as Sisterly Lust, and I can fairly say the improvement (over an already pretty well received game) is very noticeable.

Usually, not much is asked from these games' story, just an excuse to reach the goody (sex) parts is enough, and for everything to at least make some sense. This game goes way beyond that with its odissey around the universe (though not much lore is explored, and let's keep it that way, enough is enough).
Though the sequence of events reminds sometimes to the classic MMO RPG errands, and other times everything seems to happen a bit too conveniently for the crew not to stall.

The models are great; the alien ones, even though very humanoid (maybe overly so? I really liked the R'o), are gorgeous as well. A few more thick milfs would be welcomed, NGL, most of them look rather young. The main female cast is also somewhat restrained in its numbers, which I appreciate (I'm not a fan with tons of girls that are forgotten and left behind after getting laid).
I must say I'm surprised about the complete lack of interest from the other guys (Kit and Thim) for the girls, though. It's not that I want competition in the game, don't get me wrong. But some interest in them from their part I think would make sense.

The amount of content so far is very impressive and, as the story seems to be developing, it'll still take a long while to reach to a closure, which I'm a bit afraid of (it might seem a bit too long?).

Anyways, very recommended, and I look forward to the next updates.

Fantastic renders, entertaining story, hot-looking girls — a 5-star game overall!

Now for the critique (we have to have some, don’t we?):

Holy fucking PLOT ARMOR! There’s always an all-too-convenient way out of any pickle that our group finds itself in. There’s no tension or uncertainly about any of the predicaments, as the solution is handed to them on a golden platter.

And what’s with the MC? The spoiled, shaggy Naval Academy deserter that looks like a soccer Chad, turned space-casanova. Our hero seems to be absolutely irresistible to any female that he meets along the way.

It’s a porn game after all, so can’t complain too much, but the plausibility of the story is rather “meh”. Oh, and the overly descriptive text of the sex scenes reads like a cliché erotic novella (with squirting, lots and lots of squirting), ha!

Undoubtedly one of the best game from this site. It checks all the criteria of being Best.
It has Fantastic Graphics, renders, easily best looking character, absolutely amazing storyline, great pacing and build up, hot sex scenes, well written dialogues as well as characters, lots of content (even with only 2.3 GB SIZE) and Most importantly Updates takes only couple of months and that comes with very good amount of content (Lots of other good games in this site lacks in this department by huge margin).
So props to dev they never disappoint.

One of the first games from this site that I've played. Love the scifi world. The Aliens are made with love and creativity. Beautiful renders.
The story is a bit weak at times, but still good. All-in-all very enjoyable.

You know they say when a game makes you want to skip the lewd stuff it means it has got an amazing plot. I had my expectations after playing the prev game made by the same dev, Sisterly Lust & he outdid himself with the plot of the game & I couldn’t agree more with the one of the comment in this discussion “this game shows Disney how to make a sci-fi incest story”.
Gameplay is just your like your regular choice based VN where your choices leads to the route with a character or not.
If I have to nit pick one thing which is bit bad about this game is render quality. The character sure looks amazing but quality is so 2018ish.

Damn what a fun game. I am one of those that actually likes the story first, then the adult content second. Most that have a great story seem to be a slow burn, which I personally am fine with. This game says "why not both"! Here you have a damn good story with lots of characters, all with depth, and good action throughout.

Outside of a few things here and there, it is damn near a perfect game so far.
