I think you need the IC patch, but before I remembered to install it, I saw the codex mention that MC, Lily, and Eva were related, so maybe it only needs it when starting a new game..?

i really enjoyed Sisterly lust absolutely love it actually and the fact that its completed and now the dev is making another game

Possibly your old save was too close to the end of the episode, try rolling back a few screens to see if that fixes the problem, this is a common problem with renpy

Besides that this one is a long way off done yet. If I recall rightly there are 3 planned acts and act 1 is nowhere near over yet.
Probably a looooong way off yet.
