if you mean for the .exe file -> No. You don't need to download the win64 version again.
Just replace the .jar with the .jar file from the latest version and you're good to go.

I always found it stupid to be honest
I mean, i don't care what people calls themselves (as long as it's resonable) but hiro always called himself a male, even with everything that happens, even when you make him take it up the ass all the time, you may have his femininity at max, have done things like "I want to be a girl" from Alma or "i'm your girlfriend" from dullahan and yet he would still call himself a man

Because people want to play the game as a Futa themselves. Or to enjoy stuff with a self-insert that identifies like them, female.
It's a big thing for people that enjoy immersing into the porn they play/read/listen to. It's why content tags exist, but also gender neutral porn is a thing. Not everyone that plays these games is self-inserting as Hiro, they're enjoying the idea of being the enemies.
