I will say it again. Old Hiro looks 100% better than new Hiro in every single way except for the hair. Sorry.

The main changes to Hiro's face is that it's less blurry and his mouth is a little wider, and he has a more realistic jaw-line. We also inadvertently shortened his hair while we were breaking it up to be more animated, but we'll be lengthening it again as we add in haircuts. Most of the difference in the face erased if his head is tilted as it was before, a bit higher up and looking further away, but we've added rotation to his face, and by default, he's looking a bit more centrally at the viewer.

Name one game where I get to design my character and make him or her African-American and then have him appear as Caucasian in the cut scenes and other areas of the game.

In Diablo, you can play as a woman (Rogue) or African (Wizard) and the cutscenes have you as a white male. There are doubtless other examples, but you asked for one.

Why argue this point with me when it's obviously immersion-breaking regardless of any the reasons you stated? There is a major difference between what you are currently wearing in-game and wearing a different outfit in a prerendered cut scene as opposed from changing your race from black to white. Also, most modern games now use the in-game engine during cut scenes to avoid a snafu like this in the first place as far as cosmetic things are concerned.

Because my argument is that it's not that immersion-breaking, and how immersion-breaking something is has to be taken into consideration when it comes to game-development. That's why I brought up a mirror that only reflects the player character or only reflects background objects: it's not a waste to implement it that way, if doing a full implementation (all objects are reflected) would be too costly either on development time or performance-wise. In our case, we have to develop things in phases because of the short release cycle - we waited several weeks to add in the new animation at all because we wanted to make sure it was as fully baked as possible.

Again not saying choices are a bad thing and that they should not be there but maybe it would be better to have introduced it when it was 100% ready and thus made more sense at least to me. I think too much time is being spent tweaking and redoing things that are perfectly fine for now and since as you stated time is limited I think it would be better spent advancing the game.

I get that your the developer and you are going to do whatever you and the patrons want but that doesn't change the fact people are entitled to have their own opinions of which some may differ from yours.

This is ridiculous. You want us to work on something for months without introducing any part of it to the game?

You're entitled to your opinion, but it's clear that yours is biased. It bothers you that we're changing the animation file because it means more work for you, and you're annoyed that a planned feature for the game is, to some extent, obsoleting your mod. I don't know what else we've done to put a bee in your bonnet.

Can anyone tell me if there is an actualy image/scene list? Because the link on the first page is NOT one. I've followed it several times and had it not unlock a single scenes. The angel, for instance. None of the scenes listed actually give any image other than the face sitting, which I already had.

Try using the cheat option in the menu. That way you can have direct acess to the encounter.

Anyone else think it's weird there's no otpion t o voverpower the the brothel mistress when you have high strength and, you know, report her to the guards for trying to murder you after you tell her she has a fat ass which is undeniably true? I've been using the encounter cheat. But actions you take are important when it comes to the images you get. For instance, only two or so enemies have an image that shows up when you give a combat blowjob or take it up the tale pipe.
And several scenes only show when you make specific responses or fail specific rolls.
So while the encounter cheat is 'nice', it's only part of the equation.

I have nothing against gays, maybe they are good people, I didn’t communicate with them personally, but in the game I still want to see the choice of which gender the character will be and other and other functions.

Any word on scenes not resetting when making a new character? I really like the Mouth Fiend scene escalation. But even with a brand new character she instantly begins at the 'bad end' carriage scene. Which sucks, because I quite enjoyed the previous parts.

Sounds like a bug if that's what's happening. There is an instant bad-end with her if you're wearing a ring gag when you encounter her. Otherwise, the quest flags should be reset when you make a new character, even if you do a quick start (hitting Continue after getting game over). Are you touching the save files directly at all?

Nope. I used the 'encounter' option on one of my characters, and then made a new one when I saw encounter kept putting it directly at the end. But the new character is still directly at the end. And I've never bought a ring gag.

Edit: I bought one and pissed off the brothel on a new account. While i hadn't had the first part happen where you get dragged to the alley, the second part in the carriage with the forced game over is what kept recurring previously. The 'encounter' option is still bugged, though. Even on this new game where I saved it before the event.

Ohh, you mean through the Encounter menu. It's because she's actually a few different encounters with their own flags... encounter menu can't really handle that right now. I'll see what I can do about making more of her encounter available straight from the menu.

It's not too new, but she does have a scene or two in the brothel, currently. Doubtless we'll add more content for her, but it was only recently that we'd seen people respond positively to her: initially we saw mostly silence and negative reactions to her oral-focused content.

Fun fact. I'm straight. But I play this game both because it has lots of scenes to unlock/collect (and I love collecting, metroidvanias are my favorite game type) and because my fetishes right now are corruption and domination (they change every few months), lol. I can ignore the main character being male, no problem. Same for futadom world. I was having a lovely argument on a plot hole for a couple pages there recently, lol.
Which is why I absolutely love the Mouth Fiend's entire scene set. It tickles both my fancies. The only one I haven't watched yet is the one in the brothel, from what I was reading from the wiki (boy that wiki needs some work. It has almost nothing in it). The same goes for the goblin sneaking into your tent while you sleep. I like the 'notice and wake up, then surrender' oral domination scene.
I like tons of the written content in the scenes, too. Very intricate and well done. Though some feel a bit 'meh' without images at the moment I have a good imagination, but visuals help immensely with enjoyment.

Edit: Are there any more scenes along those lines? Most seem to be 'bang and walk away'. I'm also curious if the unicorn has an oral scene. Even wearing diamond plate and battle skirt, the damn thing murders me in two to three hits (22-32 whopping damage per swing). Way before I can seduce and kneel. I unequipped all my armor and died in the same number of hits as well, so there may be something wrong with the unicorn's programming.

That's not necessary because all you need to do is edit the save file with a program like Notepad++ and change a single variable. The saves are located in the ".toa-data" folder. Open the correct save and search for "jobclass" and then change the current one to one of the following from below. You can also pretty much change anything else like gold and stats.

As far as the new classes go I don't know the keywords for them right now. Majalis_ToA likes to post here now maybe he can fill in the blanks.

I really don't like messing with save files. I'm always terrified i'll ruin something.
And as for the option, that only changes the one on the title page. I'm more after having it in my game. Though now I at least know what the ones I hadn't seen looked like. So thank you for that.

Edit: Turns out I only like Mare and Queen. I really like Queen.
Made copies of my saves and altered the jobclass to Queen on my highest level. Thank you for the info. Do the image scenes show the clothing?

Changing from Enchantress to Queen made me lose 'seduce' off my combat bar, even though i still have the skill in my ability list?
Edit: Just a bug, I guess. After a round it reappeared.
