The only thing you need to do is to replace the TalesOfAndrogyny.jar file in the Windows folder with the newer one. That's all.

If you mean Impotent as in the same buff (I consider it a buff at least ) that you get from Alma, then it functions like chastity - it WILL lock you out of scenes that require free cock.

It does allow you to utterly destroy Helena, especially in the tag-team fight, but a cage is more easy to use in that case.
