This game started in the tradition of the violated heroine style - the type where a virginal female warrior has a quest to accomplish and most, if not all, of the lewd content is the result of losing a battle and getting raped - so that contradiction was built into it. While that problem has been present in most games of that genre, this one wisely expanded to have more consensual and turning-the-tables topping content as well. These did come later, though, so they're not as baked in as the loss-rape at the heart of it.

To keep the structures in place despite the wider options for lewd encounters there's a vague rumor that only virgins can beat the Demon King and most of her generals are clearly trying to steal Hiro's virginity as much if not more than they're trying to defeat him.

By winning you can mainly top the characters that appeared the first, Brigand, Centaur, Goblin, Slime, Beastmistress. Others don't let you dominate them, or, like Minotauress and Demon King, male you feel more like the were power bottoms and in control.

So, the tendency was rather forgetting that you can “turn tables” on your enemies, instead adding entirely submissive characters that are weaker than you (Kylira, Trudy) or are women (Alara), I suppose. Even the consensual stuff is all about you getting accused in being easy, and questions like “how did you make it this far with this attitude”.

Story mode is still very much a work in progress. It'll probably be the last thing that gets finished. The lion's share of the game is in free play mode.

Anyone else getting a game crash + error whenever they travel to this tile in my screenshot? I'm running the newest v0.3.30.4 build. Just trying to figure out if the game is broken or if I screwed something up.

The error seems to be caused by loading the ghost enemy. I launched 0.3.30.0, did the encounter, saved, then loaded my save on 0.3.30.4 and was able to progress.

i just got back into the game with the newest version, do achievements not give you bonuses anymore, or am i missing something?

If you play with the cheat mode on, you do not get gallery unlocks (although you can view the gallery with it) and you do not get the achievements even if you'd do the necessary things to trigger them.

I think because you can dominate, you can get humiliated see you can win because you can lose, you can lose because you can win, if I can only get humiliation then I was not humiliated because humiliating is an attack to dignity, if my only option to get sex it from losing and I want sex(or some form of erotica) it doesn't hurt my dignity as a player or a hero, if the point is to cause a humiliation from losing then you also have to be able to win(or to do your business without being humiliated), because then it is not really humiliation from losing it is humiliation for temptation, so to proper humiliated both the player and the "hero" these two types should be differentiated.
assuming that the reversal or dominance is not o be included, where in a sex battle where both the concept of winning and attaining sex scenes would be the fused attaining both objectives in a porn game(to win and to have erotism) doesn't it affected both the humiliation and the role playing?

And yeah it is a bit ridiculous when you have all stats to 9 and 15 strength defeat the demon lord and goodness of the mauntain but can't fight a mimic

Then why fight? Why fight when you can't win? To get humiliated? But then that is not humiliation as much as watching a movie of someone being humiliated, and it's somewhat clear that the intention is to immerse the player in humiliation, the game can only achieve itself by having both , you can play a game by achieving a definite result, when there is no result there is no game, the form of midia would just get near a movie or an interactive video to closer compared to an immersive game, the options and differentiate results should be celebrated and thus by attaining more game and more porn allowing more immersion the game gets closer to itself

Then what I am supposed to do after being able to beat everyone close the game and just stop? The fail and get humiliated or win, only works in one linear dimension, at the very least there should be humiliation from temptation where is the only one I can get because after you get good enough to not lose a battle, in the state of an experience player the game after a while ends, not the scenes but the thematic is completely destroyed, a grind to lose where I can't feel humiliation because I lost on purpose nor can't I feel the savory of winning, by implying the player can never be too strong cunning, stronger agile, resilient,smart or magic enough the characters just fade off from existence. They would become one dimension characters which they aren't because they are so full of life, have you ever intoxicated a beast master and watch the cat do her? Satisfied a centaur and got a bow? Caught a gobbling and spanked it so hard it came? This is the epitome of life creativity and erotica I ever saw in a game, and how it is integrated in skills checks and the battle itself deserves the biggest reward I can give, it you don't allow it to the stronger monster you are taking the life out of then, as almost as killing them or depriving them from existing in such a wonderful setting and cast this game has
