You download the latest working win64, linux, mac version. Okay?
After that you download the newest .jar and from now on you only have to switch out the .jar files in the folder.
The folder is only there for the standalone Java, but because if you start the game from the .jar you have a chance to get the "save" issue that is talked about multiple times in this thread. The .jar is the full game.

Right click on it "save as" after the download remove the numbers and the _ before "profile".

PD: remove the "-" from the .jar leave it just as the name of the game, removes "-" and the version number of the .jar then open the game with the .exe

Condoms can the brought in the shop at the first village (I think you need a new game for it thought).
Bondage is only for fighting against Urka for now, I think.
