Lose Your Head: Use "Wristshot" on Dullahan.
More Cowbell: Use "Headshot" on Minotaur.
Number Won Hero: Defeat Demon King at level 1.

During combat, you have to have the skills (wristshot and headshot) and they're ranged skills, so you need to have a bow and arrows to use them.
