This is a work in progress with no guarantees on it receiving any future updates but I do feel it's in a state worthy of sharing. It requires the latest version 2.07.05 due to format changes on some files. It will work on older versions but Hiro and the world map will not display properly. It was created for the PC version. I have no idea if it will work for any other version.

There is a readme file with instructions included. Enjoy!

FYI They changed Hiro's animation files again for the 2nd update in a row. I'm working on it and I'm also not sure yet if anything else was changed file wise. In the meantime here's another teaser of some work I have done since I released the mod.
