You have a few, like people said. And if you're lazy you can see the spoiler down bellow, but by the sheer size of the spoiler bar It's more fun to just play the game with Futa+ option off.

But these are heavily outweighed by the amount of Futa on Male scenes as it's the focus of this game.

There's also the non-ladies night gloryhole stuff, starvation events, the drunk man map event in Waking Lands, Alma's Training (can't remember which) or asking her to invite demons over. From what I understand, the fetish content toggle that's being polled will allow players to either remove those events or have them play out with different people involved (for artless characters) Would be fun if the Brothel Bottom stuff did have more than just the Special Request virgin lady, so having the ability to change your brothel customers to ladies would be dope.

Yes there are. Brothel Madam, the toy seller (getting pegged isn't gay fellas), and the Warlock are all 100% straight scenes. The Evoker is also hetero, as they are are non-binary and hetero means "different". The futanari depend on how you define gay as stated before, though would personally say that they are straight (I go by gender not by genitals).
That being said, the original question was about gay scenes.

Hallo, new weekly!
We've got the Demon King Throne (Oral) art done, and despite, or perhaps because of her imposing stature, she's looking mighty suckable right about now - and we've expanded the existing scene with it (where you talk to her) as well as added a new scene that builds off of it (or you can pick "Don't suck it" and get the oral standing ending that's available on other paths). We've also finished up our little Scrambled Eggs sidequest for the Dark Knight, and I'll be getting back to the voted scenarios for a bit while I work on story mode.
Got sick after traveling to see our family, though on the mend now. Still managed to get some really nice work done - very fond of the new Demon King art and scene, as well as the new Dark Knight scenes. Big boon for DK lovers, hopefully.

Guys i played this like ~2 years ago but i was checking update notes. From what i am seeing updates are only about sex scenes about particular characters.
What about game map / new locations / new gameplay modes / new machanics?
There is nothing new on such stuff right? Dev is just improving quantity and quality of sex scenes right?
