No class is objectively the best, but some offer you good early bonuses if you need quick unlocks. Races are more for min-maxing. Skill wise, you want combat skills if you're playing a Top. Slide, Parry, Uppercut, Second Wind, Fade Away and Hit the Deck are all around good.
If you're wanting to reach Urka and maintain your virginity until then, I recommend Perception, Agility and Charisma. Those can entirely avoid encounters.

You need to either offer yourself up as a replacement, satisfy Urka in Combat (either oral/anal/victory) or simply be drunk when you enter combat. You'll learn her name, then find her again on the map (to either recruit or to have casual food and fucking)

Unlike most of the games here that are VN and thus reading only, the combat has resources and stances so strategy is pretty central to the game's design therefore if you didn't like it you shouldn't force yourself... I would say that the story is worth it yes but it will depend of how much you're willing to put up with the actual gameplay side.

I absolutely love the theme of the game, as well as the character design. The combat is actually pretty easy once you get the hang of it and upgrade your gear.

And if you just want to plow through the content, just edit the quicksave file, it's real easy to just make an OP character that oneshots everything, since it's just real easy to understand text, literally just change numbers around to get 100 to every stat and get magicpoints/soulcrystals to make your equipment +5 on every category and go to town on the enemies, but where's the fun in that?

I'm one of those people that have just become bored with porn "games" that are just barely made to look like videogames, i now enjoy when there's actual gameplay or grind to them, ToA is pretty light with it's grind but has some gameplay value, but the game that i now hold in gold standard is Karryn's prison.

how to start Kylira Companion Questline

The following conditions must be met:
- You have Kylira the Elf Recruited
- You have NOT drank from the Healing Spring, so Alara will appear when you enter the Spring Encounters
- You've gained enough Trust/Affection with Kylira (This can be gained and lost in various ways while you quest)


Once you've met these conditions, go to the Spring and have Kylira speak with Alara (pass the check)
After you finish the encounter, in any way after passing this check, go to Camp and interact with Kylira. The option to start his quest should be in one of the dialogue options. This will lead to you being asked to bring Kylira to multiple individuals/monsters. The reward is the ability to remove curses (from items or people?)

ATTENTION! You CANNOT complete this quest as an Anal Virgin or if you've had a Goblin Child. This is because Selkie will not have sex with Kylira, nor will the Unicorn. You MUST do this quest as a non-virgin and before you become Selkie's Gobbo Fuck Buddy. (As of Version 3.12.1, may be subject to change)

Dl the game from offical site. DL the latest JAR from links here. Replace JAR in game folder with the one from here and launch game. (This is for windows btw.)

Actually, the JAR is Platform Agnostic. You just need the OS Files from Itchio, then drop the JAR into them.

Well... Catgirls aren't European are they?
Based on what I've seen though, a large amount of inspiration for ToA is European in origin. That doesn't mean the Duo (Maj & Alis) are outright opposed to creating characters from Non-European inspiration.
(If you want to actually get a response from Majalis, the ones most likely to give you accurate insight, your best bet is their official platforms)
