Hiro can be a Dom in this game already, it's just not an option with certain characters.

And no, there's no mod to make them either of those. Pronoun Toggles are very likely to come soon, however.

Hiro is a he/him pansexual non-conforming male, as of right now. He is indeed a guy, but there's plans to allow the player to be like the ToA futas in the near future.
