Did you try asking about these issues on the
ToA has interracial & interspecies sex scenes, be they between different humanoid species or other races of Humans/Ironians (Lowlanders, Highlanders & Mountainmen). Got folk of all skin colours and races in this game. You also have interracial/species pregnancies, such as with Mermaid & Arachne (when you get to fertilise her eggs for her, during her ending). Default Hiro is a Lowlander (Pale White) so art that lacks player racial variants has several which are considered interracial. ToA focuses more on the Interspecies fetish than it ever does on Interracial (At most you've got the Elfblood & Orcblood scene variants and possibly sometimes the game points out character skin colour when describing them during sex)
1.0 is supposed to be a version with a complete Story Mode, with more content to follow. Story Mode is supposed to be in the wrapping up stages, yet I can't recall a recent estimate by Majalis

Most fantasy material refer to elves dwarves gnomes and the like as different races rather than different species, while there are a few instances of that the majority of people will continue to think of them as different races.

Depends on the setting and if humans and elves/dwarves/etc can interbreed; if they can it could be argued that they're different races of the same species.
There are cases of different species of having offspring (i.e Horse + Donkey = Mule or Lion + Tiger = Liger), but those offsprings cannot reproduce, while fantasy "races" can and their offspring can reproduce.
Considering that in this game a guy can give birth through his ass, I would say this is a safe assumption
Honestly, (if you have enough ram) and that method still works with the game's updates made since 2023, I'd imagine that the game would run pretty well that way, as that method forces all the required files the game needs to first load into ram vs the hard disk.
Quite a bit seems possible considering all that, and that the MC makes no serious attempt to debate the truth of half the characters in the world saying they are breeding him/you. Yes, I did update the game, extracted the files into the existing folder and replaced everything that was already there. The game version definitely shows 3.61
3.61.4 is needed.
