There's few M/M scenes in the game, but it's mostly ladies with a bit extra putting their peepee into your poopoo, but you can also do the same to them in some cases.

I was able to use this skill on an erect Dullahan, but I don't believe it's consistent. There must be some specific factor for the game to offer you the stance, likely it's only enabled for a select number of Characters right now.

There are some 100% gay male on male scenes. Most of the game is futanari on male and male on futanari scenes though (using feminine pronouns). And then there are a few characters that switch from futa to male depending on a setting. So depending on your definition of gay sex (if it's same gender or same genitals) you could say so.

There's also sex with no-art characters with gender neutral pronouns, while Evoker is (unless Majalis have ever said otherwise) non-binary they/them.

There's also the planned Player Pronoun Choice feature, yet it hasn't passed the Priority Polls in order for implementation to be done.
