Is there any sort of patch for this, that would not make every single encounter futa? Or even for the main playable character to be either male or female? Futa/f is okay. I was honestly just curious, seeing as it probably isnt for everyone, but this is also a well made game.

Have sex with Cait, stay the night and spend the day with her. This will trigger the promise to be with her after everything.
Then have bottom sex with Vulpa and accept her Marriage proposal. In before the marriage Cait will show up.

Bugged. Bondage Stance is Broken and has been for quite some time. Same with Dullahan when she uses it, the only way currently to bypass this is inflict bleed to DoT them to defeat, disarm them as soon as possible or use the Cheat option to select Victory in the battle outcome chooser.
There is an intended/upcoming feature that's low priority right now, where you'll be able to play your character as one of the Futas of ToA. It's on the back-burner until the Patrons vote to get it pushed forward.

It's possible but you'll need good gear and perks. I've noticed that she usually won't initiate bondage if you have mostly full stamina/footing and high strength (presumably because when it wasn't bugged you could easily break out and she'd just be eating damage for no gain) so if you play super defensively you can beat her by chipping her down. "Usually" being a key word here, sometimes she'll still grab you so if you're doing a virgin ironman run I'd just avoid her.
Alternatively just level magic and paralyze her before she can grab you.

Yeah, the grapple is bugged but you can beat her by going full nelson on her, hold or lock few times until you can throw her around, then hit her few times and try to full nelson her again before she goes for grapple, hold or lock, throw, rinse and repeat.

Have both of them in your camp, go to Alma and ask for training -> "to love ass-sex", then fail Anal Addict 3 check and that gets you the scene
