It gets 1 month of Adventure Mode early, Cheats & the entire of Story Mode. Weekly Builds let you get all the new content developed mid-month.

I wonder if story mode will ever be elaborated on. Will Hiro have the option to "go demon" like Ms. Evoker?

Also curious if Jess the Jester might even be more powerful than Demon Lord given the magic she displayed with Trudy.
Also interesting that DL seems to give her generals rules of engagement (e.g. Tentacle Witch backing off if you lose and say you don't consent, Dark Knight commenting "I'm not allowed to fight harder.")

Edit I didn't realize it, but the food was added directly without me having to open chest. Sorry for bother.

Just for you I edited the save. The two chests are absolute nothingburgers.
Test it yourself:
Go to arena
Open your save file, find "nodeCode"
Set line to read:
"nodeCode": 100005,

I found it far to the south in two different old save files; it was a very long path that lead far South - similar to the special location in the Demon Lord's lands (sorry forget the name, where you can choose among several NPCs to fuck in front of a crowd).
I had expected to need to start a new game to see it, but they figured it out. Don't hold your breath btw, there's nothing there yet.

I assume you mean the Dark Knight. I'm pretty sure the game is coded so you HAVE to fight her to get to the Outpost, so make sure to get an Acid Scroll beforehand and optionally enchant your sword with the "Heal on Bleed" effect. Assuming you have decent armor and Kylira in the party you can tank the hit or 2 needed to use the scroll, and then she'll have no armor and is easy to whittle down.

How are you able to get the acid scroll to do any appreciable damage? Below is from a late game character (14 magic mage).

Majalis themselves don't want AI on their Server, so it's obvious how they'd feel about this.

Remember, there are three figures of authority in the Demon King's Army hierarch beyond the Generals. The Head of the Army (False Demon King), the Demon King (True Demon King) and the Leader of the Demons (their partner, the 'Matriarch')

Jess could be more powerful than the Head of the Army, since it seems Hiro does indeed bring them to defeat without any hint of holding back. Dark Knight's full power appears to be instant transmission or ultra speed, while Cait likely has an immense strength if Alma's sense of her aura is to be taken as genuine.

And yeah, it appears the plan for those DK forces is indeed tied to a plan of sorts SPECIFICALLY aimed at Heroes only. They haven't outwardly engaged anyone that's not a Hero, unless they're part of Hiro's crew.

Also, I think the person Dark Knight is rescuing in Story Mode might be Dullahan since we haven't met her yet. Kinda nice that DK might not hold back at all if her friends are at risk of getting hurt.

If you're playing a Mage build you can ignore the scroll since spells bypass armor.

I wish scrolls were easier to purchase, since it appears in my seeds the Town Scrolls are a finite resource.

I'm pretty sure (about 97.46%) that all the shops restock, but there's some items that do not restock (armors, weapons, dunno about others).
Then again, i usually do not touch any shop after i get "The Indestructible", since there's hardly ever a need at that point anymore.
