I've tried Mega and GOFILE so far, and far as I can tell yeah it's only downloading the zip, but the download stops right at the end and says there's a virus somewhere

If it is those two you have tried, it definitely is a false positive by whatever antivirus software you are running. What virus does it say? What software do you use?
It's just windows defender, but it seems to label it as a Trojan and autocancels the download before I can say otherwise

I am running Windows Defender on my Windows 10 (22H2) machine. I am in the USA. I just downloaded from Gofile. My Windows Defender did not detect anything on download. I scanned the files after downloading and found nothing.
I am going to guess you are not in the USA. Europe or Asia? In different parts of the world, Microsoft appears to have different virus definitions available to them.

I'm once again foolishly trying to get Chaste Hero and Purest Hero on Ironmeme. How much food with 4 metabolic rate should I honestly have before walking all the way to Demon Realm? And yes I have something to protect my mouth so I don't get fucked by the harpies like last time (still salty about it).
I'm usually good with around 300 stored.
Currently you can get food from every Dryad by simply making her hole feel good. It technically doesn't count as losing virginity. I always try to spot the Healing pond and drink, as it's +50 food. Overall, should be fine.

I genuinely got spooked when this fat bitch started grappling me bro. Holy moly.
But as far as my strategy for beating her? Max all combat stats, steal the Strength Charm from Witch Cottage, Specialist to increase strength further, and finally spam Low attack because low investment and high damage when enemies fall.

Lots of fun stuff this time! We've added a new Silver hair option for Hiro, which is reflected in all of the animations that currently respect Hiro's hair color choice! We've added a Lockpick and Locked Chest mechanic, along with new mini-encounters and encounter segments that use it, and new content for the Mimic to go along with it as well. We also add new music in the form of a Persephone/Helena battle track and a few new backgrounds as well. There were a bunch of fixes to the Spanking (and Spanking stance) improvements made last week that will hopefully help integrate them in, and also tweaked the amount of food you can purchase and the price of same to make things a bit more consistent.
Finally making good progress and breakthroughs on the feature backlog with the enhanced Spanking and now locked chest stuff, which has also helped build out some of the backend capabilities. Work on enemy AI is still chugging along, and once it's done we're hoping we'll see more codebase improvements. I think I might take some time to do a devlog post on the AI, been a long while since one of those.
Next up is the Jester Anal animation, new Tentacle Witch stuff, and new Sperm Bank nurse stuff!
