For Trudy, you will have to encounter a Female Goblin (Selkie) and use the option that makes Trudy to enter the small path, Trudy will get fucked and now she will have goblin eggs, now you have to find a Wereslut and make Trudy to fight the wereslut, Trudy will get fucked again and now the eggs are fertilized, you will have to wait some days and the encounter will appear. I hope to see Trudy with a pregnant belly soon.
I still don’t know how to get Kylira pregnant, I tried raising affection with Kylira and fighting Selkie with low health, but Selkie still prefers Hiro’s ass

It's a story mode scene. Lose to the Jester and pick the right options.
For kylira you need to be doing the elf pond quest where at first if I remember correctly, you have to deny the water, then find the elf pond event again with kylira in your party and the quest starts. Then u have to find a female goblin, pass the sign and select the invite friend option. I think you actually need afection with kylira for this to quest start
