You gotta learn seduce and seduction actions like "rub", "blow me", and "dirty talk". Some enemies will still attack a bit, just depends on if you can seduce them enough before they take you down. Rile them up enough and they'll try seducing you back, making you stand at attention.

True, it takes a little extra on Hiro's part. Not sure exactly what it depends on, but I try to make my Hiro as much of a top as I can. Even then, it's 50/50 for my gameplay.

I should also mention you need to "stop seducing" to make the enemy suck or for you to "pounce", so long as they are knelt down or bent over.
