If we're going by Death Battle rules, and they thus are forced to fight and fuck each other with allowed prep and foreknowledge of the fight, then I'd bet 6-4 on Alma topping. If they can operate normally but still have a forced hostile enocunter, then Alma would probably disable Urka and run rather than risk a real fight. The strength difference is big enough that Alma loses the moment Urka grabs her, which Urka can do from range with her chains.
If they're just their normal, unaltered selves walking into a room. They'd either show no interest in each other or would team up to dick someone who better matches their tastes.
