From the time I spent on the Discord and as a Patron, no one individual can request specific catered content that isn't already going into the surveys. I never saw the upper tier patron exclusive channels, but from what I heard they're mostly just closer to hearing about the creative process and not directly influencing it. You get more voting power for more money, not the ability to control the type of proposed content that is going in.
Your best alternative is commissioning artists.
Interact with him at the camp, pick "..." option, pick "embrace" option" and there you go.
To see the new scene, you have to kiss him.

the problem is when i delete the file and reopen the game first time (generetates a new profile) already have all photos in pervert menu
Do you have the cheat mode enabled in the options?
If so, then that's why.

IIRC you need enough Scouting? 4 according to the wiki, though I remember 5... So either boost your perception or take Surveyor. Also check your statuses if some are reducing perception.
Edit: Or just do extra scouting before entering chest tile.
You need scouting level of 4 to avoid them (the little eye icon next to the "shush" icon which is how hidden you are), either click it a few times, put few points into the "Surveyor" perk, get enough perception to increase the level passively or all of the aforementioned.
