There's only a few. Cindy's Marriage Ending, Harpy Ending and uhhhhhh the Demon King Topping Ending? (that one is arguable though) Mermaid Marriage Ending is technically topping, but it's a fairly birth heavy ending for Hiro who seems a bit discontent by how little say he has in it from what I recall (it got expanded though, so maybe it has him getting a choice at times now?)

She can now also orally egg Hiro if you ask her to.

Oral choice was added a long time ago IIRC, but does oral choices happen during the Mermaid Marriage Ending too?
Also, with companion impregnation now a mechanic, I'm interested if we can offer our companions more in future with Mermaid, Goblin, Wasp and Arachne.
BTW in the string files there's just an offspring called Baby. Either that's from the Sperm Donor stuff or Hiro literally might end up a deadbeat dad at some point.
