Unsure why but whenever I try to play this game, it Just Crashes when I get into an encounter. Im using the Latest Version for Windows and the game keeps crashing, Could it be the computer Im using or what? I need help figuring this out.

Have you read the secondary install guide? You might have placed/extracted the files wrong.
Are you getting 'crash reports'? If so, please screencap one and show us!

I'm no expert but it seems like a simple mistake. Looks like the value you have for Sex Experience at the final results screens doesn't look for the value that keeps record of your experience in Sex tab on your character sheet during the game.

It's funny though, because the Virgin playthrough makes the game uncomplicated. I found myself basically avoiding any speech choices thats not "Bye" and just grinding it out.

Although an ironman playthrough would take it from simple to unfeasible. I can't say how many times I've had to reload because I got violated by a stat check or unavoidable encounter.

How'd you avoid the Female Paladin and Juri looking bad girl. One of them was a pain to avoid/defeat.
