Actually there already was at least 2 fisting scenes - you could receive it from the brothel madame after fully completing her quest series by letting her take the lead, and you could give it to Kylira in the inn.

there is a folder below the folder with "TalesOfAndrogyny.exe" called ".toa-data" which contains the game saves
